The agricultural grain storage buildings for our client MUNTEANU DENIS LEONID G.Ț. were completed in 2020. The client requested two grain storage facilities, each measuring 24 m x 60 m, with a total area of 1,440 m² per building.
The project involved several stages, beginning with the development of a custom design tailored to the client’s specific requirements and operational needs. Each grain storage building was carefully engineered to provide optimal conditions for the safe and efficient storage of agricultural products and cereals.
During the design phase, our architects and engineers worked closely together to create a highly functional and efficient solution. Advanced BIM technologies and 3D design software were used to ensure accuracy, structural reliability, and cost-effective construction.
Following the completion of the design stage, construction works began. The process included:
- Site excavation and foundation preparation
- Concrete foundation pouring
- Construction of monolithic reinforced concrete walls
- Manufacturing and installation of the roof system made from cold-formed galvanized steel arches
- Installation of front access doors and ventilation grilles
- Installation of a power-troweled concrete floor
After the facility was commissioned, the client successfully obtained an agricultural subsidy, which helped accelerate the return on investment.
The grain storage buildings produced by Angar.md are designed to meet the specific requirements of modern agricultural operations, providing secure, durable, and efficient storage solutions for cereals and other agricultural products. With extensive experience in the design and construction of steel grain storage facilities, our team ensures that every project is delivered with the highest level of quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
