The agricultural grain storage warehouse was completed for CASA VIITORULUI SRL in Rîșcani, Rîșcani District, in 2019. The client required a storage facility measuring 21 m x 47 m, resulting in a total floor area of 987 m².
The project began with the development of a customized design prepared by our team of architects and engineers in accordance with the client’s specific requirements. To achieve maximum accuracy and efficiency, we employed BIM technology and advanced 3D design software throughout the planning process.
Following the approval of the design documentation, construction activities commenced with site preparation and earthworks. Throughout the entire project, our site manager and technical supervisors closely monitored every phase of construction, ensuring that all works were completed with precision, professionalism, and full compliance with industry standards.
The facility was carefully engineered to provide ideal conditions for grain preservation and long-term agricultural storage. Particular attention was given to structural durability, operational efficiency, and ease of maintenance.
The warehouse is supported by a robust reinforced concrete foundation and monolithic reinforced concrete walls, providing excellent strength and long-term reliability. Only high-quality construction materials were used, and all safety regulations and technical requirements were strictly observed during execution.
After the project was successfully completed and commissioned, the client obtained approval for an agricultural subsidy, helping to improve the overall return on investment.
