The agricultural grain storage building for our client VAIPAN LIUBOMIR SRL was completed in 2018 in Căinari, Căușeni District. The facility was designed with dimensions of 12 m x 18 m, providing a total storage area of 216 m².
As an engineering and construction development company, we managed every stage of the project, beginning with the design process based on the client’s specific requirements and operational needs. The grain storage building was carefully engineered to provide optimal conditions for the safe and efficient storage of cereals and agricultural products.
During the design phase, our architects and engineers worked closely together to develop a functional and cost-effective solution. Advanced BIM technologies and 3D design software were utilized to ensure accuracy, structural efficiency, and long-term reliability.
Once the design phase was completed, construction works commenced.
The construction process included the following stages:
- Site excavation and foundation preparation
- Concrete foundation pouring
- Construction of monolithic reinforced concrete walls
- Manufacturing and installation of a roof system made from cold-formed galvanized steel arches
- Installation of front access doors and ventilation grilles
- Installation of a power-troweled concrete floor
Following the completion and commissioning of the facility, the client successfully obtained an agricultural subsidy, helping to accelerate the return on investment.
