Agricultural Grain Storage Facility

In 2018, we partnered with AGROPARC MANAGEMENT SRL on the construction of an agricultural grain storage facility in Vulcănești. The client requested a building measuring 18 m x 54 m, with a total area of 972 m².

Our team successfully managed all aspects of the project, including building permits and urban planning approvals, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations. Using advanced BIM technology and 3D modeling software, we developed a detailed and highly accurate design. Throughout the project, we maintained strict quality control and supervision to ensure compliance with all safety and construction standards.

Construction works began with site preparation and ground leveling to create a stable foundation for the structure. A reinforced concrete foundation was then poured to provide long-term durability and structural integrity. The next phase involved the construction of monolithic reinforced concrete retaining walls. Installation of the self-supporting arched roof system and access doors was a key step, providing both weather protection and efficient access to the storage facility. The project concluded with interior and exterior finishing works, resulting in a fully functional agricultural warehouse tailored to the client’s operational requirements.
