Grain Storage Depot

In 2018, we successfully completed the construction of a grain storage depot for our client, AGROSOLIDAX SRL. The facility was custom-designed to meet the client’s operational requirements and features dimensions of 15 m x 45 m, providing a total storage area of 675 m².

From the initial design phase through to project completion, our team carefully managed every aspect of the project, ensuring that all works were carried out in accordance with the approved plans, applicable regulations, and the highest standards of quality and safety.

The building is supported by a robust structural system consisting of reinforced concrete foundations and monolithic reinforced concrete walls, providing exceptional strength and long-term durability. The roof structure is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of 275 g/m² and a profile thickness of 1.2 mm, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion and a service life backed by an extended warranty of more than 40 years.

The construction process included the following stages:

• Site excavation and foundation preparation
• Reinforced concrete foundation construction
• Erection of monolithic reinforced concrete walls
• Manufacturing and installation of cold-formed galvanized steel arches
• Installation of front access doors and ventilation grilles
• Construction of a power-troweled concrete floor

Designed specifically for grain storage, the facility provides a secure, efficient, and reliable environment for preserving agricultural products while supporting the day-to-day operations of the farm.
