Straight-Wall Industrial Building for Pesticide and Fertilizer Storage

Following the successful completion of a semi-round grain storage hangar for IMEXAGRO SRL in Cahul, the client returned with a new project request for the construction of a straight-wall industrial building in Ciripcău village, Florești District. The facility was developed to meet the client’s specific operational requirements and provides a total area of 864 m².

Our team efficiently managed all aspects of the project, including building permits, urban planning approvals, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all documentation and procedures were completed in accordance with current legislation. By utilizing advanced BIM technology and 3D design software, we developed a detailed and accurate project tailored to the intended use of the facility. Construction began with site preparation and ground leveling to create a stable foundation for the building. A reinforced concrete foundation was then constructed to provide long-term structural integrity. The installation of the roof system and access doors represented key phases of the project, ensuring both protection and efficient functionality. Once the structural works were completed, interior and exterior finishing works were carried out to deliver a fully operational facility suited to the client’s activities.
