The grain storage warehouse was constructed for Nice-Agro SRL in Pelenia village, Drochia District, in 2022. The client requested a facility measuring 20 m x 60 m, resulting in a total storage area of 1,200 m².

As an engineering and construction development company, we managed every stage of the project, beginning with the design phase and continuing through construction and final commissioning. The facility was carefully planned to provide optimal conditions for grain storage while meeting all operational requirements of the client.

During the design stage, our architects and engineers worked closely together to develop a functional and efficient solution tailored to the specific needs of the project. Advanced BIM technologies and 3D design software were utilized to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proper planning. Following project approval, construction works commenced with earthworks and site preparation. Throughout the entire process, the site manager and technical supervisors ensured that all works were carried out professionally and in full compliance with project specifications.

Only high-quality construction materials were used, and all applicable safety regulations and industry standards were strictly followed during execution.

The warehouse features a robust structural system consisting of reinforced concrete foundations and monolithic reinforced concrete walls, providing excellent durability and long-term reliability. In addition, at the client’s request, ventilation systems were installed to maintain optimal storage conditions and preserve grain quality throughout the year.

Following the completion and commissioning of the facility, the client successfully obtained approval for an agricultural subsidy, which contributed to recovering a significant portion of the investment.
