The agricultural building constructed for ELVITIS-COM SRL in 2021, with dimensions of 18 m x 48 m and a total area of 864 m², was specifically designed to meet the client’s operational requirements. This project was successfully delivered by our team of architects, engineers, and construction specialists, who applied their extensive expertise in agro-industrial construction. A customized design was developed, taking into account the client’s workflow, storage capacity needs, and grain handling requirements.

Before construction began, we successfully managed all regulatory procedures and permit approvals, ensuring that the project complied with all legal, technical, and safety requirements.

The construction process involved several key stages. Initially, earthworks and site preparation were carried out to ensure a properly leveled and compacted foundation area. This was followed by the construction of a reinforced concrete foundation designed to provide long-term stability and structural integrity. Monolithic reinforced concrete walls were then erected to create a durable and reliable storage facility capable of withstanding demanding agricultural operating conditions.

The roof system consists of a self-supporting semi-round steel structure manufactured from cold-formed hot-dip galvanized steel arches. This solution provides excellent protection against corrosion and weather conditions while helping to minimize condensation inside the building, creating optimal conditions for grain storage and preservation.
