Grain Storage Facility

In 2022, we successfully completed the construction of a grain storage facility for our client, AGRO-BALONDJIU SRL. The building was custom-designed to meet the client’s specific operational requirements and features dimensions of 20 m x 60 m, providing a total storage area of 1,200 m².

From the initial design phase through to project completion, our team managed every aspect of the construction process with precision and professionalism. Each stage was carried out in accordance with the approved project documentation, applicable regulations, and the highest standards of quality and safety.

The facility is built on a robust structural system consisting of reinforced concrete foundations and monolithic reinforced concrete walls, ensuring exceptional durability and long-term reliability. The roof structure is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of 275 g/m² and a profile thickness of 1.2 mm, providing excellent corrosion resistance and an extended service life backed by a warranty of more than 40 years.

The construction process included the following stages:

• Site excavation and foundation preparation
• Reinforced concrete foundation works
• Construction of monolithic reinforced concrete walls
• Manufacturing and installation of cold-formed galvanized steel arches
• Installation of front access doors and ventilation grilles
• Construction of a power-troweled concrete floor
