Modern Agricultural Building

In 2016, we partnered with C.I. AGROSTOC on the construction of two agricultural storage facilities designed for the storage of pesticides and mineral fertilizers. The client requested buildings measuring 21 m x 20.5 m and 17 m x 16 m, with a combined total area of 702 m².

Our team successfully managed all aspects related to building permits and urban planning approvals, ensuring that every requirement was fulfilled in accordance with applicable regulations. By utilizing advanced BIM technology and 3D design software, we developed a detailed and accurate project tailored to the client’s operational needs. Throughout the entire construction process, our specialists provided continuous supervision, ensuring compliance with all quality, safety, and engineering standards.

Construction works began with site preparation and ground leveling to create a stable and durable foundation. A reinforced concrete foundation was then constructed to provide long-term structural reliability. The next stage involved the erection of monolithic reinforced concrete support walls, ensuring the strength and durability of the facilities.

The installation of the self-supporting roof system and access doors represented key phases of the project, providing secure storage conditions and convenient access to the buildings. The project was completed with interior and exterior finishing works, resulting in fully functional facilities adapted to the client’s specific operational requirements.
