In 2019, we completed the construction of a self-supporting semi-round steel building for AGRIATICA-N SRL. The project was specifically designed to meet the client’s operational requirements and featured dimensions of 14 m x 30 m, providing a total usable area of 420 m².
Before construction began, we successfully managed all administrative procedures required to obtain the building permit and urban planning approvals. Our architectural and engineering team utilized BIM technology and advanced 3D design software to develop a precise and efficient project tailored to the client’s needs. Throughout the entire construction process, our specialists closely supervised every stage of the work, ensuring full compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable construction requirements.
The project started with site preparation and excavation works, ensuring that the ground was properly leveled and prepared for the foundation. A reinforced concrete foundation was then constructed to provide a stable and durable base for the building. Following the completion of the foundation, monolithic reinforced concrete walls were erected, creating a strong and long-lasting structural system.
The installation of the semi-round self-supporting roof structure and access doors represented key stages of the project, providing reliable protection and efficient access to the storage facility. The final phase involved the construction of a high-quality concrete floor, carefully finished to ensure durability, load-bearing capacity, and long-term performance under agricultural operating conditions.
