In 2018, we completed the construction of a semi-round steel grain storage facility for our client, ROSSANRENI C.P. The building was designed specifically for grain storage and measures 18 m x 55 m, providing a total storage area of 990 m².
Our team successfully managed every aspect of the project, including construction permits, urban planning approvals, and regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance with all applicable legislation. By utilizing BIM technology and advanced 3D design software, we developed a detailed and efficient project tailored to the client’s agricultural storage needs. Throughout the construction process, we maintained close supervision to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.
The construction process included the following stages:
- Site excavation and preparation for the foundation
- Reinforced concrete foundation works
- Construction of monolithic reinforced concrete walls
- Manufacturing and installation of a roof system made from cold-formed galvanized steel arches
- Installation of front access doors and ventilation grilles
- Construction of a power-troweled concrete floor
The completed facility provides a secure and efficient environment for grain storage, helping to protect agricultural products while supporting the client’s operational requirements.
