Commercial Warehouse and Building Materials Store

In 2021, we partnered with PRIVAT IMOBIL PLUS SRL on the construction of a commercial warehouse and building materials store. The facility was designed with dimensions of 24 m x 50 m and a total area of 1,356 m².

Our team successfully managed all aspects of the project, including building permits, urban planning approvals, and regulatory compliance. By utilizing advanced BIM technology and 3D design software, we developed a detailed and highly accurate project that met the client’s commercial and operational requirements. Throughout the construction process, we provided continuous supervision and quality control to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and construction standards.

Construction began with site preparation and ground leveling to establish a stable base for the structure. A reinforced concrete foundation was then installed to ensure long-term durability and structural integrity. The next major phase involved the erection of the steel framework, creating a robust and efficient commercial building. Once the structural works were completed, interior and exterior finishing works were carried out to deliver a functional, attractive, and customer-oriented facility.

The completed building provides ample space for the storage, display, and sale of construction materials while ensuring efficient logistics and operational flexibility.
