The agricultural grain warehouse was constructed for SANT&K C.I. in Cunicea village, Florești District, in 2019. The client requested a storage facility measuring 22 m x 70 m, resulting in a total usable area of 1,540 m².
Before construction began, our team of architects and engineers developed a customized project based on the client’s operational requirements and storage objectives. Advanced BIM technologies and 3D design software were utilized to ensure a precise, efficient, and reliable design. Once the planning phase was completed, construction works commenced with site preparation and earthworks.
Throughout the project, the site manager and technical supervisors carefully coordinated all construction activities, ensuring that every stage was executed according to the highest quality and safety standards until the facility was successfully commissioned.
The warehouse was carefully designed to provide optimal conditions for grain storage, helping to preserve product quality and maintain efficient agricultural operations.
The building features a robust structural system supported by reinforced concrete foundations and monolithic reinforced concrete walls, ensuring long-term durability and reliability. High-quality construction materials were used throughout the project, and all applicable safety regulations and engineering standards were strictly followed.
Following the completion of the facility, the client successfully obtained approval for an agricultural subsidy, contributing to a faster return on investment.
