Grain Storage Warehouse

IMEXAGRO SRL is one of the leading suppliers of field crop seeds, crop protection products, fertilizers, and agronomic consulting services in the Republic of Moldova.

In 2020, we successfully completed the construction of a semi-round steel grain storage warehouse for the company. The facility was designed with dimensions of 22 m x 70 m, providing a total storage area of 1,540 m².

Before construction began, our team of architects and engineers developed a customized project tailored to the client’s specific operational requirements. To ensure precision and efficiency, we utilized advanced BIM technologies and 3D design software throughout the planning process. Once the design phase was completed, construction works commenced.

The project included the following stages:

• Site excavation and preparation for foundation works
• Construction of the reinforced concrete foundation
• Erection of monolithic reinforced concrete walls
• Manufacturing and installation of cold-formed galvanized steel arches
• Installation of the semi-round roof structure
• Installation of front access doors and ventilation grilles
• Construction of a power-troweled concrete floor

The completed steel grain warehouse provides a durable and efficient environment for storing agricultural products while ensuring long-term structural reliability and operational performance.
