Grain Storage Facilities at Giurgiulești International Free Port

In 2021, we successfully partnered with AMMA PROF INVEST SRL on the construction of two grain storage facilities located within the Giurgiulești International Free Port. Each facility measures 24 m x 60 m, providing a combined total storage area of 2,880 m².

Before construction began, our team of architects and engineers developed a custom project tailored to the client’s operational requirements and storage objectives. To ensure precision, efficiency, and structural reliability, the design was created using advanced BIM technologies and 3D modeling software.

The construction process included the following stages:

• Earthworks and excavation for foundation preparation
• Reinforced concrete foundation construction
• Erection of monolithic reinforced concrete walls
• Manufacturing of cold-formed galvanized steel arches
• Installation of the semi-round roof structure on the concrete walls
• Installation of front access doors and ventilation grilles
• Construction of a power-troweled concrete floor
