Following a successful partnership in 2016 for the construction of two storage facilities for pesticides and mineral fertilizers, C.I. AGROSTOC commissioned us again in 2019 to build a steel grain storage warehouse measuring 22 m x 60 m, with a total area of 1,320 m².
Our team efficiently handled all aspects of the project, including construction permits and urban planning approvals, ensuring full compliance with current regulations. Using advanced 3D design technology and BIM software, we developed a detailed and accurate project tailored to the client’s operational requirements. Throughout the construction process, strict supervision and quality control measures were implemented to ensure compliance with all safety and engineering standards.
The construction process included the following stages:
- Site excavation and preparation for the foundation
- Concrete foundation construction
- Erection of monolithic reinforced concrete walls
- Manufacturing and installation of a roof system formed from cold-formed galvanized steel arches
- Installation of front access doors and ventilation grilles
- Construction of a power-troweled concrete floor
Our semi-round steel hangars are engineered to provide efficient storage and logistics solutions for agricultural, industrial, and commercial applications. Designed for durability, functionality, and long service life, these steel buildings offer an ideal environment for grain storage and agricultural operations.
With a highly experienced and dedicated team, Angar.md is committed to delivering premium-quality steel construction projects on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
